Principal’s Message:

I am delighted to welcome you to Derrycreha National School, situated on the Wild Atlantic Way in beautiful West Cork. We are a co-educational school, teaching the new curriculum as set out by the Department of Education.

We are a Catholic School under the patronage of the Diocese of Cork & Ross. We aim to promote the development of the whole person: intellectually, physically, culturally, emotionally, morally and spiritually. We encourage a living relationship with God and others. In the true Christian spirit, we welcome all denominations to our school.

This school year we celebrate 130 years of education at Derrycreha National School!
